Not a workshop. We sit with whoever does it and record every step, every click, every wait. Most processes have more steps than anyone remembers.
We count what it costs
Steps, minutes, people, and how often it runs. This is the number the whole decision rests on, so it gets measured rather than estimated.
We build the replacement
On Microsoft Power Platform where that fits, and elsewhere where it does not. You see it running on real data before it goes anywhere near production.
We hand it over
Documented, in your tenant, under your licences. You can change it without us. That is the point.

05 / The awkward questions
Asked before you have to.
An audit is fixed price and tells you what every process is costing you now. A build is quoted against that number, so you are deciding with the payback already in front of you. If the payback is not there, we say so and you have lost the price of the audit.
It stays in your tenant, under your licences and your retention rules. We build inside your Microsoft 365, not on a platform of ours. There is no product here that you subscribe to and no copy of your data on our side.
You do. Everything is built in your environment, documented in plain language, and handed over with the process notes. You can change it, extend it, or rip it out without us. We do not hold a key.
It tells you. Every automation reports its own failures to a named person with what happened and what to do next. Nothing fails silently. If you want us on call for it, that is the Run tier. If you do not, the handover is complete enough that your own team can take it.
